What's good about this:
The textures look so,so,sosososo good! I especially love the hair, but the colors you used in your shading for the bows are so gorgeous!
The bright, contrasting colors really make this pop!
You obviously have a very good sense of anatomy and style, it looks very perfected ll in all.

Things to work on:
Her eyes look kind of blurry, which looks odd with the sharpness of the rest of the picture.
I feel it would benefit from having a simple background, . Evene just a pink square with scalloped edges, to better present the character, as well, maybe add some more personality to her. Common presentations of personality are what she might keep in her bag, and it looks cute to draw all of her items floating around her.
I dont mean to be controlling, i just thought id thrwo some ideas out there.
But I very much like your style and she's seriously beautiful.
